Projection layout
Front and rear projection
Front projection can be practical where the projector position and audience circulation can be managed. Rear projection may help keep equipment and shadows behind the screen, but it requires sufficient room depth.
The quoted layout reflects the venue, available space, sightlines and content needs.
Environment review
Indoor and suitable outdoor applications
Projection works best when image size and brightness are appropriate for the viewing environment. Outdoor use may be possible in suitable conditions, but daylight, weather, wind, power, screen support and event timing require review.
An outdoor setup is not confirmed until the venue and conditions are assessed. For demanding bright environments, a modular LED screen may be the better option.

What screen size do I need?
It depends on audience distance, room dimensions, content and sightlines. We use the 120, 150, 200 and 250-inch options as planning points and confirm the final size after review.
Can I rent a projector without a screen?
The scope can be discussed if the venue already has a suitable surface or screen. Compatibility, image size and setup conditions still need to be confirmed.
Can you provide rear projection?
Yes, when the venue has enough space behind the screen and the configuration suits the event.
Can a projector be used outdoors?
It may be possible in suitable conditions. Daylight, weather, wind, screen support, power and timing must be reviewed before the setup is confirmed.
Do you install permanent presentation systems?
Yes. This page covers temporary rentals. Permanent projectors, displays and room integration are handled through our commercial installation services.
