Easy Audio Visual Ltd. is a Calgary-based commercial audiovisual company serving organizations across Alberta. Our business address is 5710 Barlow Trail SE Unit 1, Calgary, Alberta T2C 1Z9.

Information you submit

The Request a Quote form asks for your full name, telephone number, email address and a short project introduction. These fields are required so our team can review and respond to the enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Completed submissions are stored in the WordPress/Elementor submission system on the website and sent by email to an Easy Audio Visual business recipient. The website currently uses authenticated Google/Gmail delivery for these notifications. The submitted email address is used as the Reply-To address so the team can respond.

Technical and analytics information

Website hosting, security, spam prevention and form processing may generate technical information such as submission date and time, page address, IP address, browser or device information, user agent, server logs and spam-detection signals.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are used to understand website use and measure successful quote submissions, email-link clicks and phone-link clicks. Analytics may receive page and referral information, device or browser details, approximate location derived from an IP address and interaction events. The analytics events configured during this review do not include the name, telephone number, email address or project description entered in the quote form.

How we use information

• Maintain records reasonably needed for business, accounting, contractual, warranty, dispute or legal purposes.

Service providers and external links

Website-related information may be processed through providers used for hosting, WordPress/Elementor form storage, authenticated email delivery and Google analytics. Some processing may occur outside Alberta or Canada and be subject to the laws of the place where it occurs.

The Financing links open a separate form hosted by GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Information entered into that external form is submitted to that service rather than through the Easy Audio Visual quote form. Review the notices presented with that form before submitting financing information.

We may also disclose information with your consent, where reasonably necessary to provide requested services, or where permitted or required by law. We do not use the website quote form as a marketing subscription form and do not sell form submissions.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar browser technologies for administration, security, reliable operation and analytics. Browser controls can be used to limit or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some website functions. No advertising or remarketing tags were identified in the reviewed staging configuration.

Retention and security

Enquiry and technical information is kept only for as long as it remains reasonably needed for the purposes described above and any applicable business or legal requirements. A fixed deletion period has not been represented on this website. Information no longer required should be deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of through the relevant systems.

Current website measures include HTTPS, restricted administrative access, protected accounts, spam protection and authenticated email delivery. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask whether Easy Audio Visual holds personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information, subject to applicable law. You may also ask questions, raise a concern or withdraw consent to future uses where consent applies, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
