Operating options
Choose equipment support or an on-site technician
Some clients need delivery, setup and a tested system they can operate. Other programmes call for a technician to manage microphones, playback and levels throughout the event.
We confirm the operating plan during quoting. When Easy AV equipment is left without an Easy AV technician, the client is responsible for its care and authorized use under the rental agreement.

How many speakers do I need?
That depends on the audience, room, programme, coverage areas and volume requirements. We recommend a configuration after reviewing the event rather than relying on guest count alone.
Can I rent speakers and microphones together?
Yes. A quoted package may combine speakers, microphones, mixers, stands, monitors and related equipment according to the event requirements.
Can Easy AV operate the sound during the event?
Yes. An on-site technician is optional, and full event production is available when broader coordination is required.
Do you offer next-day speaker rentals?
Next-day service may be possible only when suitable equipment and team members are available. All availability is manually confirmed.
