The Church of Pentecost Calgary replaced a low-brightness projector with a permanent 12.6 × 6.3 ft LED video wall for lyrics, scripture, presentations, announcements, live camera feeds and video.

The starting point
Project context and challenge
The existing projector produced poor visual quality and insufficient brightness, particularly when front-stage lighting was in use. Staff and volunteers both needed to operate the replacement.
Designed for the facility
System approach and installed scope
Easy Audio Visual designed and supplied a directly wall-mounted LED video wall. The confirmed scope included equipment supply, installation, cabling, programming, commissioning and training.
Limited power near the installation area required electrical wiring from another room. A qualified electrician on the Easy Audio Visual team completed that work without increasing the confirmed project price.
Putting the system into service
Installation and commissioning
The LED panels were calibrated for matching brightness across the wall during commissioning.
Prepared for daily operation
Training and handover
Church staff and volunteers received training in normal operation, basic troubleshooting and LED-screen maintenance, supported by handover documentation.
What project observers reported
Evidence-supported outcome
The church media team and pastor reported improved visibility, image quality and easier operation. The display has been used successfully with front-stage lighting on. These are qualitative observations.
