Technical operation
One or more technicians where the confirmed programme and system require active operation. Staffing level is quoted, not assumed.
Live streaming
Cameras, switching and streamed programme support when it is included in the approved scope.
Stage and truss systems
Ground-supported stage, truss, lighting and related rental infrastructure after venue and technical review.
Teardown
Removal and load-out according to the venue schedule and quoted scope.
Power distribution, generators, truss, rigging and special outdoor configurations may be available after technical review and are quoted separately when needed.

Rigging and special setups may require venue approval. Outdoor production requires added review of weather, wind, structure, power and site conditions. No specialized configuration is confirmed before the technical review and quote.

Responsibility
Commercially insured, with responsibilities defined before the event
Easy AV carries $5 million in commercial liability insurance. The production quote and agreement identify the equipment, staffing and operating responsibilities included.
If equipment is left without an Easy AV technician, the client remains responsible for loss, theft, misuse and client-caused damage while it is in their care. Insurance does not replace the responsibilities in the rental agreement.

What is the difference between equipment rental and event production?
Equipment rental focuses on temporary equipment and related delivery, setup and teardown. Event production adds coordinated planning and technical operation for the confirmed programme.
Can Easy AV provide only part of the production?
Yes, when the requested scope can be clearly defined and coordinated with the client, venue and other suppliers.
Can you support a last-minute event?
Last-minute or next-day service may be possible only when suitable equipment and team members are available. Availability is confirmed manually.
Do you provide rigging or generators?
They may be available as additional quoted services after venue, site and technical requirements are reviewed. Venue approval may be required.
Is event-production financing available?
No. Financing is not available for rentals or event-production services.
