Any project scope, price, schedule, warranty, financing arrangement and responsibility must be confirmed in the applicable written proposal or agreement.

The website describes manufacturer warranty and five-year labour-warranty positioning at a general level. The coverage, exclusions, start date and claim process for a particular project are controlled by the written terms supplied for that project.
